I know this doesn't explain why they won't show in your bnet account, even if banned from their bnet online service, since you could still use them to install the game and play Single Player/Lan, but if they have some weird interaction between banning on their servers and a possible account tied to, they could erase them completely. As far as I can remember a D2 cd-key cannot be used by more than one connection at the same time, but could alternate between different PCs as long as they use that(those) IDENTICALLY VALID cd-keys to do so. Keep in mind, that even though you probably only used them just on one PC since purchase, this doesn't mean they weren't sniffed by hackers who later sold/used them to spam the servers or play with hacks etc, which could in turn mean that they were banned and your cd-keys alongside them. Meaning that you still have to contact customer support to either enable them or at least offer you some explanation on why the are disabled or banned (if this is the case). The cd-keys are either disabled or muted. There is an issue with the service, cd-keys may eventually appear either in time after you have installed the game from your bnet account or after you request them from the customer service or 2.
